UNIT 6, lesson 4
Comenzamos esta nueva lección recordando cómo se pregunta en pasado, mira este vídeo:
Aquí tienes algunos ejemplos más:
Grammar Rule: past simple questions
Examples
Did you have fun with your friends?
Where did you go?
What did they do at the party?
Remember!
Use ‘did’ and the verb, but don’t change the verb to the past form!
Did you have fun at the birthday party? (¿Lo pasaste bien en la fiesta de cumpleaños?)
What did you get ? (¿Qué te trajeron?)
When did you go? (¿Cuándo fuiste?)
We say... We don’t say...
Did you go to a party? (NOT Did you went to a party?)
When did you see Peter? (NOT When you saw Peter?)
Did your friend give you a present yesterday? (NOT Did your friend gave you a present yesterday?)
Los verbos ya no se escriben en pasado en la pregunta, sino en infinitivo, pues el did ya nos indica que la frase está en pasado.
