UNIT 6, lesson 7 "NATURAL SCIENCE: WEATHER FORECASTING"

Imagine you are going on a school trip to the mountain with teacher Manuel. Do you think it is important to know if it will rain☔️ or not? or if it will be very cold 🥶or hot 🥵?  

Do you check the weather every day? 

How do you check it? 

•  -on an app on your phone. 
•  -watch the weather forecast on TV
•  -internet.
•  -ask your mum or dad.

Is it important to know about the weather? why? why not? 

En la lección de esta semana, vamos a aprender ciencias naturales, sí, ciencias, pero en inglés, ¡verás qué fácil es! 

Empezamos abriendo el Pupil's book por la página 72, ejercicio 25. Tienes que completar este texto con las palabras que te indican, puedes hacerlo copiando sólo las palabras en orden en tu libreta. Mira antes esta foto por si te sirve de ayuda:

Presta atención a este vídeo donde se explica la diferencia entre expresar futuro con will o con going to: 

Copia este breve resumen en tu libreta: 

FUTURE: WILL or  GOING TO ?

-WILL: for predictions "I think I will have lots of fun at Port Aventura Park.

                                  (Creo que me lo pasaré genial en Port Aventura)

-GOING TO:  for plans "I am going to take lots of photos with my friends"

                                   (Voy a hacer montones de fotos con mis amigos)
                    
                     for evident future "Look at the black clouds! It is going to rain" 

                                                (Mira las nubes negras, va a llover)

En el texto del ejercicio 25, busca ejemplos de frases con WILL y con GOING TO, y cópialas en dos columnas en tu cuaderno.
